Abstract: Long, continuous, unbroken time-series photometry is highly advantageous for a range of astrophysical problems, such as exoplanet searches, studies of periodic variable stars, and discoveries of previously unknown stellar behavior. Dome A on the Antarctic plateau is likely one of the best observing sites on Earth thanks to the excellent atmospheric conditions. Here I will present the two-year photometry results from Dome A, Antarctica. The high-cadence time-series photometry was obtained with one of the CSTAR telescopes (Chinese Small Telescope ARray) during 128(183) days of the 2008(2010) Antarctic winter. Based on the two-year photometry, about 200 variables were detected. In addition, 150 variable stars were detected from partial wide field Tsinghua-NAOC Transient Survey(TNTS ) of 117 square degrees with a 0.6-m Schmidt telescope at Xinglong station. More than 1000 variable stars will be detected from the entire TNTS of 1000 square degrees.
